As a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, I always want to put my best face forward.

Along with taking skin tips from the ladies at Project Skin MD, I always make nutrition a priority to help me get my glow on. These three things are saviours to my overall health and skin:

Lemon water.

One of the best ways to get glowing is to hydrate and improve your digestion. For the past 10+ years, through all my travels, I’ve been pretty faithful to having my morning lemon water upon waking. I always feel better and notice improvements in my digestion when I do! Matcha.
